Developing textual and graphical tools for computer-aided DNA library specification (Leader UNOTT)
This work package will aim to develop ways of specifying DNA libraries. A textual language (DNApl) will be developed as well as a graphical interface (vDNApl). The output of this WP will be the specifications and algorithms for these languages.
